We are headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee where a majority of our every day interpreting takes place. However, we do not mind hopping into a car or onto a plane when our customers need an interpreter in order to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our main job is to provide onsite, full and equal communication access to communication for the deaf.

We are also HIPAA compliant and our interpreters agree that integrity, respect and confidentiality are paramount in every situation. Certified interpreters follow a strict code of professional conduct outlined by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). In fact, we go one step further by utilizing interpreters that have successfully passed a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen for the safety and protection of all our customers and consumers.
