Undoubtedly Equally Dangerous

Do NOT Text and DriveIn a world that isn’t fair and people are not treated equally, what IS, without a doubt, non-discriminatory is the danger associated with texting while driving.

In this video, completely in American Sign Language, the deaf community responds to the question: Texting While Driving. Should it be a crime?

The general consensus is Yes. It should be. For more reasons than I care to list because the mere thought of the end result of driving while distracted makes my skin crawl.

The tragic results of texting while driving do not discriminate. That includes making video phone (VP) calls while driving through a mobile computer we call a “smart” phone.

Taking the NIKE slogan and flipping it I have but one thing to say…Just Don’t Do It!

For the safety of the deaf and hearing communities both locally, statewide, across the nation, and around the globe…Don’t Do It!

You have a place in this world and a special part to play in this production called LIFE. Live to see another day.

Let your Fingers do the Driving…not the Talking.
