Fees

VCI desires to provide timely responses to inquiries and requests for American Sign Language interpreting services. Promptness is paramount.
Waiting and wondering is a thing of the past. We guarantee confirmation of services (including the certified interpreters name) within 24 hours of
your request. Client relationships are the heartbeat of our business. We strive for the best in customer service.

Our fees for services rendered are clearly stated in our terms of agreement and our invoicing is detailed. Hourly rates for interpreting and mileage charges are
in line with our local industry standard. There are no hidden charges nor penalty fees for service provided outside of Knoxville or Knox County.
Our cancellation policy is fair. Our billing and payments requirements are clearly defined in our terms of agreement.  VCI is open to negotiating rates if your agency/office policy will not permit payment of established rates.  Please call for more information.

Ordering interpreting services is easy:

  1. Fill out the Interpreter Request form, contact VCI by phone at (865)622-0999, or via email at services@vcinterpreting.com If you have access to GridCheck, please utilize that method.  If you do not have access, please contact us immediately to set up your account.
  2. Provide all details of the job, including date, time, place, contact person, name of the deaf client(s), and type of event
    needing interpreting services.
  3. A Terms of Services Agreement will be faxed or emailed to you. Please read then sign, date and fax back promptly to (865)223-6557.
    A confirmation of services will be promptly sent.
  4. Upon completion of the interpreting services, we would appreciate your feedback.
  5. An invoice for services rendered will be sent within seven business days and payable within thirty days.
