Our fees are not published but are clearly stated in the VCI terms of agreement. Please feel free to contact VCI for our fee schedule. Customers are pleased with our detailed invoices and find our billing department to be responsive to correct errors and to answer questions. VCI is up front and honest about all fees. There are no hidden charges for service provided outside of Knoxville or Knox County.
Our cancellation policy is the standard 24 hours for most requests. Billing and payment requirements are clearly defined in our Terms. VCI is open to negotiating rates if your agency/office policy will not permit payment of established rates. Please call for more information
Ordering interpreting services is a cinch!
- Fill out the Interpreter Request form, contact VCI by phone at (865)622-0999, or via email at request@vcinterpreting.com . If you have access to GridCheck, please utilize that method. If you do not have access, please contact us immediately to set up your account.
- Provide all details of the job, including date, time, place, contact person, name of the deaf client(s), and type of eventneeding interpreting services.
- A Terms of Services Agreement will be faxed or emailed to you. Please read then sign, date and fax back promptly to (865)223-6557.A confirmation of services will be promptly sent.
- Upon completion of the interpreting services, we would appreciate your feedback.
- An invoice for services rendered will be sent within seven business days and payable within thirty days.

In the highly unlikely event VCI is unable to fill your request, we may suggest that the requested service time be rescheduled so that we may successfully fill that request.
