“Who Will Be My VCI Interpreter?”

Hello,
We here at Visual Communication Interpreting would like to give a quick instruction to our deaf clients on how to use Gridcheck.

Sign in using the username and password sent to you through email by VCI.
Read and agree to terms & conditions.
You will be taken to a new screen with 4 tabs under Visual Communication: Online Scheduling and Management.

1. Click on Your Schedule List: You can see service providers/ interpreters for you, as well as date, time and situation of appointment.

2. Click on Schedule Grid: This will show appointed services like a calendar. You can also look for particular appointments by entering the date and search now. The appointment will there in red. If you mouse over red area – all info about appointment will pop-up.

3. Click on Update Profile to edit your information: Name, Address, VP number, and email address. You can also change your password there. Click Save and wait for pop-up informing you that your changes have been saved.

4. The last tab is Contact Us. You will find our e-mail address, fax number and office number. And you can send us a message by using the text box and clicking send message. We will respond as soon as possible.

When you are finished, you can sign out by clicking the red sign out tab at the top right of the page.
