Each interpreter is selected for their character and integrity, level of education as well as national certification through RID and/or NAD. VCI is pleased to provide Southeast Tennessee with the area’s finest American Sign Language interpreters. VCI also strives to provide timely responses to inquiries and requests. We guarantee confirmation of services (including the certified interpreters name) within 24 hours of your request. We do this by staying in constant contact with the interpreters through electronic means such as text, email, and our online scheduling system. Confirmations are emailed or faxed so you can rest assured your request was not lost in the shuffle.
